| Key issues: This session is designed
as a highly interactive, learning workshop in which the key lesson
learned in the design, launch and initial implementation of a cluster
project will be examined using the case of "Tabasco in Action"
as the starting reference point. Mr. Armando Arguelles will begin
the session by identifying the key success factors that have resulted
in the successful launch and implementation of clusters and actions
during the initial 18 months of the project. Workshop participants
will be invited to join into small groups to discuss the Tabasco case
and bring in their own experiences to synthesize key lessons learned.
