Key issues: The approach is present the learning curve that happened from Chihuahua (see under Learning Workshops) to El Salvador and how in the most recent phase (last 2 years) El Salvador has had success with clusters formed by SMEs, citing specific examples (coffee exporters and agroindustry). Another interesting addition that in El Salvador has been going well is the inclusion of Competitive Intelligence in the clustering model. That is an interesting experience!
