CONFERENCE VENUES
The conference will be held in Gothenburg in Sweden at Eriksbergshallen. The Academic Summit will take place at Chalmers University of Technology. The preparatory course will be held at Eriksbergshallen.

BUSINESS CENTRE
A business centre will be situated in the congress hall. The latest conference information will be found on the computers where you can also check your email. More information will follow.

ENTRANCE TO CONFERENCE VENUES and NAME BADGES
Entrance to the conference area and to the various social events will be limited to badge holders. If your badge is lost, please contact the registration desk.

THE CONFERENCE LANGUAGE
The conference language will be English. No simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

TRANSPORTATION
Airport - Gothenburg City Centre
Buses run every 20 minutes between the airport and Gothenburg Central Station. The trip takes 35 minutes. The fare is approximately SEK 60. A taxi fare between the airport and the City Centre is approximately SEK 300 and to Quality Hotel 11 approx. SEK 450. Please use one of the following taxi companies: Taxi Göteborg, VIP taxi or Taxi Kurir.

Gothenburg City Centre - Eriksbergshallen
A ferry (Älvsnabben) also departs Lilla Bommen, Järntorget and Klippan, stopping just outside Hotel 11 and Eriksbergshallen. Bus number 16 leaves from the city centre. The bus stop is called Eriksberg Krokäng. A one way-ticket costs SEK 16 per person. For further information about getting around in Gothenburg, please see "Gothenburg Information".

INSURANCE
You are requested to arrange your own health and travel insurance. The conference organiser is not able to take responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the conference.
