Clusters and governance Each session is scheduled to last 1.5 hour. They are all chaired by an academic moderator who will be responsible for initiating the discussions. Each session starts with two academic presentations of recent research. After the presentations a policy representative will be able to present comments and questions to the speakers. The moderator will initiate the open discussion where the audience is invited to participate.

Each session includes
2x15 minutes Keynotes. 30 minutes panel debate.

• Policy and managerial implications?
• Future research directions?

30 minutes open discussion (led by moderator) of the above.
