NETGROUP www.netgroup.se

Netgroup Engineering was created in 1999 from several engineering firms to form a united, strong company, to better serve the automotive industry. The company was formed as a response to the demand for companies that could develop a wider range of projects - and provide comprehensive and in depth knowledge of vehicle technology.
From the creation of Netgroup today we have 450 engineers, of which 250 work in the automotive industry area. The goal for the next coming years is to double the amount of automotive engineers employed by Netgroup - and to provide services in all areas of automotive development, from conceptual creation - to production ready vehicles.

11.00 - 13.00   Mr. Bergh will present Netgroup, which consists of engineers working in networks in the production as well as in various projects. A focus of the presentation will be in Netgruop´s business methodology and network methodology.

TELEMATICS VALLEY www.telematicsvalley.org

Telematics Valley has one overruling goal and that is to generate more business for the companies involved in Telematics Valley. The subsequent goals of the initiative are to
- establish West Sweden as a globally recognised, leading competence cluster within telematics.
- attract competencies to the region and the involved companies
- support efficient collaboration between the telematics companies in the region by facilitating cooperation and interaction
- strengthen the regional focus and support, politically and commercially, for telematics
- actively work together with the Universities to establish research and education within the area of telematics.

The mission of Vehiculum Design and Development Group is to execute development projects with the highest quality and profitability for the vehicle industry, with focus on the concept phase.

• The vehicle industry is characterized by an outsourcing trend

The Manufacturing Development Center in Göteborg is the Group's advanced cluster where the Group's best competencies in the area of manufacturing technologies is gathered. Their task is to ensure that SKF's manufacturing processes are second to none.


FILM I VÄST www.filmivast.se

Film i Väst is a regional resource and production centre for film, founded in 1992. In the last five years Film i Väst has co-produced more than 70 feature films. Established in Trollhättan, Film i Väst is financed by local authorities in north-west Västra Götaland, the European Union Regional Development Fund,the Swedish Film Institute, and its own earnings. The goal of the enterprise is to establish western Sweden as the foremost film production region in northern Europe.

In recent years about half of all films shot in Sweden have been co-produced by Film i Väst. Film i Väst is a joint financier in the films it co-produces. Initiation, development and production of the films is carried out by production companies.

Film i Väst is working through film production to build a business complex, an augmented cluster. Since 1998, seventy new film and media related companies have been established,and have survived in the region.In cooperation with university and adult educational instiutions, courses have been started to build up professional competence and skills.
